Thursday September 3rd - Done with Week 2!!!!

Last day before your beautiful FOUR DAY WEEKEND!!!!

Today was a little scattered because of picture day and our pep assembly.  I did attempt to do what I could with those that I had..... on a pretty HOT day.... (and some of you decided that it was necessary to stand in front of the air conditioner!)

Today's Daily Questions:

Then you spent some time looking under the microscopes at different types of tissue.  

Some of the images you looked at were similar to these:

Heart Tissue

Liver Tissue

Pancreas

Leaf

Kidney

While some were at the microscopes, others were watching the beginning of the following documentary.  This is a really neat look at how we are made up of organs which are made up of cells... etc etc.

Tuesday we will have our first Daily Question quiz, we will continue with the microscopes and start another activity.
